The Rescue Action Fund is not an emergency hotline or law enforcement agency. The Rescue Action Fund is in the process of obtaining 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Information regarding tax-deductibility of contributions will be provided once determination is confirmed by the Internal Revenue Service. All public communications will be updated accordingly.
Donations to The Rescue Action Fund are directed to vetted frontline organizations conducting direct rescue operations and the survivor-care continuum that surrounds them. The Fund reserves the right to allocate contributions across funding priorities based on partner readiness and operational need.
Stated donation tiers describe the type of operational support a contribution helps make possible — they are not contractual guarantees that an individual gift will fund a specific operation.
The Rescue Action Fund collects only the information necessary to communicate with donors, process contributions, and operate the Fund. We do not sell donor information. Donor communications and contact details are stored securely and used solely for stated purposes.
