Funding Priorities
Where every dollar is directed.
The Rescue Action Fund deploys capital across the rescue continuum — from extraction, to survivor safety, to the pursuit of accountability.
01
Direct rescue operations
Funding for vetted frontline organizations to plan, resource, and execute operations that bring victims out of exploitation.
02
Operational support for vetted partners
Sustaining capacity: team readiness, equipment, training, secure communications, and the operational overhead that keeps partners ready to act.
03
Emergency response funding
Rapid-deployment capital for time-sensitive opportunities where delay would cost the rescue.
04
Survivor transfer and immediate safety support
Immediate post-rescue safety: secure transport, medical triage, and warm handoff to accredited aftercare partners.
05
Investigative and case-support expenses
Funding for partner-led case development and intelligence work that strengthens the path to accountability.
06
Aftercare partnerships
Grants to trusted long-term aftercare organizations providing trauma-informed care, housing, education, and reintegration support.
07
Justice and prosecution support
Support for survivor legal advocacy and partner-led efforts that help hold traffickers accountable.
Funding Standards
Vetted partners. Survivor-first. Accountable to donors.
The Rescue Action Fund does not conduct, direct, or carry out field operations ourselves. We fund vetted frontline organizations and trust their operational judgment — including the judgment to navigate environments where local institutions are themselves part of the problem.
Every funded partner must demonstrate a commitment to survivor dignity, child protection, financial accountability, and verifiable outcomes. Our standards are built for the realities of this work — not the comfort of distance from it.
Final Call
Help fund the next rescue.
Rescue can't wait.
Every funded operation begins with a donor who refused to wait. Move resources where they matter most — directly to vetted frontline partners ready to act.
